Times Like These

Random but Deep.

Don't ever live life with regrets, for that is a life not worth living. Therefor do not do things that you will later regret and learn to let go of regrets in the past.

Just when I thought I found the true definition of beauty, here you come redefining it

Some times waiting is the best rout....having all the cards in place is better than using them the second you get a few good ones

All that a man has in life is his word and his honor, without these, a man is useless and untrustworthy

Your heart tells only the truth, but truth is obscured in the mind

Today Jeremy invited me to his church City Harvest for Christmas service, i had never been there before so i decided to check it out. It's service is very different from mine which is more conservative, Also they have all the state of the art lighting and cameras. It's like attending a concert every week. Okayyy and before i sign off, i wish everyone Merry Christmas and a Happy new year~!

Urban Getaway

Went for a short holiday to Vietnam even though i was in the midst of my assessments. I've never been there before so it was quite an eye opener for me. Life there is slow and people are friendly. I walked around the streets to observe the everyday life of the Vietnamese.

One Time One Night

Milkshake was very very crowded, people only come when there's a free party, which was MoS's response to the more favored Zoukout. Queued up for 2.5 hours before going in and left within an hour, haven't go in already feel like on the dance floor. The queue stretched all the way to Merchant Court, the whole place looked like ants and most of the crowd were young students, it's like their only wish to go clubbing when they turn 18.

Anyway, i was invited to St James opening party of Powerhouse, had about 10 drinks as it was free flow, music was not too bad, dj spinning electronica/techno/trance. Most of the crowd were working adults age 25 and above.

Welcome to Powerhouse.

Choice of poision? There are 3 bars in Powerhouse.

Dancefloor was packed by 11pm and empty by 1.30am.

View from top.

Trance.... i like.

We're Gonna Go Fishin'

Okay, i went for a short getaway to an island called Sultan Shoal, had many fond memories there as a young child where my uncle would bring me and my relatives over for fishing. It's been 7 years since i last stepped on the island. It's a 40 minute ride from S'pore and the it has 2 chalets and a lagoon. The island is surrounded by the sea and the scenery there is great, a chance for you to escape from urbanization and just let your hair down.

Lagoon.
