The Sweet Hello, The Sad Goodbye

The more notable thing i did for the past week was celebrating my birthday, i would like to thank everyone who made an effort to come for dinner and those who wished me as well. Even just a simple message, its still much appreciated. I've been thinking alot lately, not just in work but also in terms of character and life. I guess talks with friends has made me realise and appreciate simple pleasures more. i find more meaning in friends company and conversations as without them, life would be much harder.

I grew tired, You expired, You finished me

Went for Singfest, the festival where emo/hardcore/metal kids come out with their black eyeliner, stud belt, gothic looks. Fortunately i had free tix, wouldn't have gone if i had to pay one ticket at $150. Anywayyy, went to see Academy is, Gym Class Heros and AVENGED SEVENFOLD before i went home as the latter soaked up all of my energy from mosh fights and screaming. Also, School has already started for me and im still managing well, hope to do well this time. 15 aug is also my birthday, nobody knows. nobody cares...
Am I supposed to be happy?
With all I ever wanted, it comes with a price.
